Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Suiwise. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Suiwise provides tools for recording, organizing, sharing, and interpreting personal or household financial information. Features may include ledgers, asset and liability records, imports, receipt or voice capture, family collaboration, and AI-assisted explanations.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter these terms. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate registration information, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Your information and family sharing
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant Suiwise the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service. Only share financial information you are authorized to use. Family owners control membership and shared workspaces; members may see and edit data according to their assigned role.
4. AI-assisted features
AI responses are generated from the context available to the service and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Suiwise does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, lending, trading, payment, or other licensed advice. You remain responsible for checking records and decisions.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple or Google. The store displays the price, currency, billing period, trial, and applicable taxes before purchase. Unless cancelled through the store at least 24 hours before renewal, a subscription may renew automatically under the store's rules. Refunds, billing, and cancellation are administered by the store. Deleting a Suiwise account does not cancel a store subscription.
Launch products are Personal Pro and Family Pro monthly plans. Family Pro covers up to four members inside the Suiwise family workspace; it is separate from Apple's store-level Family Sharing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate another person's rights, interfere with availability, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited, or use Suiwise for unlawful financial activity.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Suiwise available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, or evolve the product. We will use reasonable notice for material changes that significantly reduce a paid service where practicable.
8. Suspension, deletion, and termination
You may stop using Suiwise and request deletion at any time. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suiwise is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that imported data, exchange rates, AI output, forecasts, or summaries are error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any remaining liability is limited to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the legal entity identified in the relevant store listing, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Before starting a formal dispute, contact support@suiwise.com so we can try to resolve it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to legal@suiwise.com.
