Permanent account deletion

Delete your Suiwise account

The safest route is inside Suiwise: open the Profile tab, then the data and privacy page, and choose account deletion. If you cannot open the app, start a verified request below.

You may export your data before deletion. Account deletion cannot be undone after the purge completes.

Request deletion from the web

Enter the email associated with the account. To protect privacy, the response is the same whether or not an account exists. If the address matches an active account, we will email a six-digit code that expires in 10 minutes.

If this email belongs to an active Suiwise account, a code is on its way. Enter it below; do not send the code to support.

Choose what happens to a family workspace

To transfer ownership instead, use Profile → Data and account in the Suiwise app and choose an active successor.

Deletion request accepted

The account is locked and signed-in sessions have been revoked. Keep this page open while we check the purge status.

What is deleted

  • Profile, login sessions, connected authentication identities, and notification tokens.
  • Private ledgers, transactions, budgets, categories, assets, liabilities, imports, attachments, and saved receipts owned by the account.
  • AI conversations, saved memory, profile context, and related processing data associated with the account.
  • Family membership and private family data, subject to the owner and shared-record rules below.

Family accounts

A regular family member can delete their account without deleting records that other members are entitled to keep; the departing member is anonymized on retained shared history. A family owner must choose one of these actions during deletion:

  1. Transfer ownership to another active family member, then delete the owner's personal account data.
  2. Dissolve the family by permanently archiving the workspace and closing its active memberships and shared-asset relationships. Limited anonymized shared history may remain where other users or legal recordkeeping rules require it.

Timeline and limited retention

After successful verification, Suiwise locks the account and revokes active sessions immediately. We target completion of the live-data purge within seven days. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may retain deleted records for up to 35 days and are not restored to ordinary production use. Limited purchase, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required, with access restricted and direct identifiers removed where feasible.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Suiwise account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the relevant store's subscription settings to prevent future renewal. You may delete the account even while a subscription exists.

Need help?

If the automated request is unavailable, email privacy@suiwise.com from the account address. Do not send a password, verification code, OAuth token, payment card, or unredacted identity document.
