Support
Tell us what happened, which device and app version you use, and the result you expected. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or unredacted identity documents.
Product support
Account access, family roles, imports, AI features, or general troubleshooting.
Privacy requests
Access, export, correction, deletion, retention, or processing questions.
Security reports
Suspicious access or a potential security vulnerability. Include safe reproduction details.
Billing
Use Apple or Google subscription management for cancellation and billing. We can help identify the relevant account or entitlement.
Account access
Confirm you are using the same email or sign-in provider used when the account was created. If a Google or Apple login fails, include the platform, app version, and exact error message. Never send us an OAuth token.
Subscriptions and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Restore purchases from the Suiwise subscription screen. Manage, cancel, or request a refund using the store account that made the purchase. Deleting Suiwise does not cancel an active subscription.
Family workspaces
A family owner can invite or remove members and manage roles. Before deleting an owner account, transfer ownership to another active member or choose to dissolve the family. Shared records may remain with an anonymized author after an individual member leaves.
Imports, receipts, and voice
Review imported amounts, dates, accounts, categories, and duplicates before committing. AI and recognition results can be wrong. If an import fails, include file format and approximate size but do not email the original financial file unless support specifically provides a secure upload path.
Export or delete data
Use the Profile tab's data and privacy page inside Suiwise whenever possible. You can also begin a verified request on the public account deletion page. Export is available separately so you can retain a copy before deletion.
Financial safety
Suiwise is a record-keeping and analysis tool. It does not hold funds, execute trades, transfer money, issue loans, file taxes, or replace a licensed professional. For urgent fraud or account theft involving a bank, contact the financial institution and local authorities directly.
