Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Suiwise handles the information needed to organize personal and family finances, provide AI-assisted features, process subscriptions, and support your account.

1. Who this policy covers

The Suiwise mobile apps and suiwise.com are provided by the developer or legal entity identified in the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play listing ("Suiwise", "we", or "us"). This policy applies to the international Suiwise service. Contact privacy@suiwise.com with privacy questions.

2. Information we process

  • Account and contact information: email address, profile details, authentication identifiers, family membership, and support communications.
  • Financial information you provide: transactions, ledgers, budgets, categories, assets, liabilities, recurring items, currencies, and notes.
  • User content: chat messages, AI memory settings, receipt images, imported statements, voice transcripts, and attachments you choose to submit.
  • Purchase information: product, entitlement, transaction status, and renewal information supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
  • Device and diagnostic information: app version, platform, device identifiers needed for security or notifications, IP-derived security signals, request logs, and crash or performance diagnostics made available by the app stores.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide personal and shared financial features, calculate summaries, process imports, generate requested AI-assisted responses, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use financial records for third-party behavioral advertising.

4. AI, voice, and receipt processing

When you use an AI, speech, or receipt feature, the content required for that request may be transmitted to contracted cloud, AI, speech-recognition, or storage providers. Suiwise does not intentionally retain raw voice audio after transcription. Temporary import files are scheduled for deletion within seven days, and sooner when a supported cancellation flow completes. Receipt images that you save remain until you delete the related content or account.

AI is assistive.AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not investment, tax, legal, or other licensed professional advice. Review important amounts and decisions yourself.

5. Service providers and sharing

We share only the information needed with providers that support hosting, databases, object storage, authentication, email, customer support, AI or speech processing, security, and store purchases. Apple and Google process purchases under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

The international Suiwise service is designed to use a production environment in Singapore. Some service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers. The mainland China service, when offered, is operated as a separate data environment.

7. Retention

We keep account and financial information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, we lock the account immediately and target completion within seven days. Deleted information may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 35 days and is not restored to ordinary production use. Limited purchase or security records may be retained longer where law requires, with access restricted and direct identifiers removed where feasible.

8. Your choices and rights

You can correct profile and financial data in the app, control supported AI-memory settings, request a portable export, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object, or complain to a regulator. We verify requests to protect the account.

Start deletion from the Profile tab's data and privacy page or use the public account deletion page. Deleting a Suiwise account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

9. Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, environment separation, secrets management, monitoring, and backups intended to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account is at risk, contact security@suiwise.com.

10. Age requirement

Suiwise is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly offer the international service to children.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@suiwise.com.
