Include in your message
Device model, iOS/iPadOS version, Rimlogic version, lesson number, selected language, and what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or a child's personal information.
Quick checks
- Close and reopen Rimlogic.
- Confirm there is enough free storage on the device.
- Open the Tools button to check language, sound, and reduced-motion settings.
- If one lesson is affected, include its title and number in the message.
Progress and privacy
Progress is stored only on the device. Rimlogic has no account or cloud sync, so support cannot view or restore lesson progress remotely. See the Rimlogic Privacy Policy.
Accessibility
Rimlogic supports VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, landscape layouts, and large touch targets. Tell us which accessibility feature and device orientation were in use when reporting a problem.
